-toasted barley & shiitake mushroom soup

Main Course (select three)
-slow-cooked arctic char with chickpea cake, dill sauce & fresh chickpeas, topped with cucumber & cherry tomato salad
-veal scallopine over fennel hash
-lemon glazed breast of free-range chicken stuffed with fennel, accompanied by wild rice & savoy cabbage
