Private Dining Rooms for Lunch or Dinner Events:

Lower Dining Room: 60 to 70 guests comfortably depending on service style.

Main Floor / Bar: 30 to 40 guests including our High Top Tables- great for small gatherings & cocktail parties. 

Fire Place: 50 to 60+ guests comfortably depending on service style.


Deposit & Payment Schedule: A deposit is due when the booking is made. All charges are due and payable in full at the conclusion of the event either in cash, check or by acceptable credit/debit card. The actual credit/debit card used for payment must be present at the time of payment on the day of the event, or prearranged otherwise.
Guaranteed Guest Count: A confirmed minimum guest count is due 5 days prior to the event. If not received, your original contracted number of guests will automatically become your minimum guest count. Groups will be charged based on the minimum guest count or the actual guest count, whichever is higher. The
minimum agreed upon headcount is non-negotiable the day of the event; The Barn does not hold itself responsible for missing guests and/or unfortunate low attendance to an event. 

Cancelation Policy: Any cancellation with two weeks notice or more: Full Refund in store credit to be used for Dine-In or Take-Out. Any cancellation with less than two weeks notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit. This is non-negotiable. 

Force Majeure: Parties are not liable for their failure to perform under this contract if such failure is due to acts of God or war or other events of force majeure, including, but not limited to, strikes, fire, flood, inclement weather, earthquake, restrictions upon travel, food, beverage, supplies, or any other causes beyond its control, or interfering with performance whether stated or not. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time. The host is responsible for their guests and if any damage is done to the restaurant, at which point an appropriate monetary amount would be agreed upon by both parties and added to the master bill.

No outside alcoholic beverages allowed- The Barn offers fair and adequate alcoholic beverage packages. 

Cake cutting fee: $2.00 per person for cakes brought in. This is a convenience fee for the act of bringing a cake not for the actual act of physically cutting the cake.

Taxes & Gratuity: All are subject to applicable current state sales tax, a 4% Administration Fee, and 22% gratuity. 

Premium time slots & holidays: All food & beverage packages booked on holidays, or Friday & Saturday between 5 pm & 10 pm are subject to a premium surcharge of $3.00 per person per package.

Decor: Guests are welcome to decorate for their events. A time window can be agreed upon prior to the event. No fire, pyrotechnics, offensive materials, or confetti allowed. 

Rentals: The Barn works with a preferred rental company. Our team is happy to help you rent linens, photo booths, popcorn machines, chocolate fountains, etc.
Entertainment: We offer entertainment Thursday - Saturday, hours vary. For any time of outside entertainment including clowns, themed actors, or any musical acts we are always open to discuss. Any performers and/or acts should not conflict with our scheduled entertainment or take away from the dining experience of other patrons. 

Food and Beverage: All food & beverage, including wine and alcohol, must be provided by The Barn. Availability of products
and current prices are subject to change without notice based on market value. All menus must be agreed upon prior to the event
