Before starting on any excursion it is a must for guests to enjoy the exquisite gourmet meals offered at the Carroll Villa's own nationally acclaimed Mad Batter Restaurant. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are served on the European-style front porch, garden terrace, and sky-lit dining room.

A complimentary full breakfast is offered to guests of the Carroll Villa Bed & Breakfast, which may consist of a choice of freshly-squeezed juice, homemade fruit breads or muffins, any entree on the extensive breakfast and lunch menus such as Crab Benedict, Pancakes, Fruit Bowl, Eggs Benedict.

It would take pages and pages, but here is just a sample: for lunch - Grilled Oregano Marinated Shrimp and Vegetables Wellington; for dinner Crab Mappatello, Grilled Veal Chop with Porcini demi glace and Sweet Rum Shrimp Cubano. Then, we have a sumptuous selection of desserts made by our Mad Batter Pastry Chef.
