Chef Argie

Argerios Mallous is the chef / owner of the Pier House . He is a graduate of Johnson & Whales Culinary Institute with honors . He spent some years perfecting his skills in Boston at the Hyatt in Cambridge Mass. He spent 5 years in North Carolina as chef at award winning Pappas Grill . Along with his brother George which attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America have teamed together to open a new 4 star establishment here in Classically Cool Cape May. They have been operating The Pier House for the last five Years .
