(16 person minimum)

First Course (choose one for the first course)
-cold antipasto (mozzarella, roasted peppers & tomato)
-crab cake with homemade tartar sauce, baby mustard greens in a dijon vinaigrette & mustard seeds
-prosciutto di parma with melon
- broiled eggplant, roasted red onions, arugula, goat cheese & tomato w/ reduction balsamic & basil oil
-hot antipasto (combination of broiled shrimp, crab cake, & baked clams)
-seared sea scallops with radicchio, sliced fennel, orange, toasted almonds, honey & sherry wine vinaigrette dressing
-pan seared jumbo shrimp w/ toasted corn & avocado salad in citrus dressing

Second Course (choose one for second course)
-homemade potato gnocchi, stuffed with dried prunes, with speck & chives sauce
-homemade ravioli with mascarpone cheese & spinach
-homemade pappardelle with bolognese sauce
-linguine with shrimp & fresh tomato
-whole wheat penne with gorgonzola, beets & walnuts

Third Course (choose one for the third course)
-tri color salad
-mixed green salad
-radicchio with golden raisins, toasted almonds, garlic & anchovies vinaigrette

Main Course (choose four)
-slow cooked wild salmon w/ chickpea cake, dill sauce & pan fried fresh chick peas, topped with cucumbers & cherry tomatoes salad
-pan seared wild sea bass over braised beans, marinated in tomato, celery, garlic & fresh herbs
-pan seared filet mignon w/ reduction of tarragon, marsala & red wine sauce, accompanied w/potato gratin w/ bleu cheese
-veal scallopine over homemade sweet sausage, kale & roasted garlic, with white wine & meyer lemon
-rack of lamb with roasted parsnips, red potato & braised shiitake in a reduction of red wine & lamb jus
-lemon glazed breast of free-range chicken stuffed w/ fennel, accompanied by wild rice and savoy cabbage
-roasted free-range chicken (half chicken) with string beans & celery root, w/ rosemary sauce

Homemade Dessert (choose four) includes coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso etc.
-homemade carrot cake accompanied with coffee ice cream
-trio crème brulée
-semifreddo di torroncino, with hazelnuts & bittersweet chocolate chunks
-strawberry napolean
-ricotta cheese cake
-molten chocolate cake with homemade vanilla bean ice cream
-fresh assorted fruit plate
-assorted sorbet or ice cream

-for one hour passed finger food supplement additional per person
-bar/beverage is usually upon consumption
