Roast "Tom" Turkey with gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, fresh cranberries & string beans

Veal Chop (14 oz. Grilled ) with Aujus, sauteed spinach, & garlic mash potatoes

Chicken Valentina - boneless chicken breast sauteed with shiitake mushrooms, roasted re peppers & asparagus in a sherry wine sauce

Yellowfin Tuna Steak (rare) with broccoli rabe, sweet peppers, fava & ceci beans & charred lemon

Linguine Nostra --homemade black linguine with shrimp, clams, mussels & calamari, marinara sauce

Veal con Fungi--veal scaloppini sauteed with a mixture of mushrooms, in a marsala wine sauce

Risotto with shrimp & peas with a touch of saffrom

Rigatoni Primavera -- homemade rigatoni tossed with fresh garden vegetable in a light pink sauce
