a prix fix menu with a choice of appetizers, entree and dessert



Starters

Shrimp Bisque

Palazzo salad - organic greens, pignoli nuts, Roma tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette

Arugula - Vermont goat cheese, Bermuda onions in a walnut vinaigrette

Rusticana salad  - organic greens, gorgonzola cheese, raisins, walnuts & tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette

Caesar Salad - crispy Romaine hearts with a Pancetta dressing & garlic croutons topped with shaved Parmesan

New Zealnd mussels - mussels on the half shell with a saffrom cream sauce

Sea scallops - blackened sea scallops over organic greens with a lemon caper dressing, toasted pignoli nuts and Roma tomatoes

Bruschetta - toasted Tuscany bread with Roma tomatoes, basil & extra virgin olive oil

Calamari - fried calamari in a corn meal crust with a ginger sesame dipping sauce


Entrees

Risotto - Mixed seafood & peas, touch of saffron -$44

Ravioli - shrimp with broccoli rabe, gorgonzola cream sauce - $42

Linguine Nostra - homemade black linguine with shrimp, clams, mussels and calamari in a Marinara sauce - $45

Chicken Brianna - with sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers in a balsamic vinegar reduction - $42

Three Musketeers - shrimp, veal and chicken sauteed with a lemon wine sauce - $48

New York Strip Steak 16 oz. - grilled to your taste with sauteed broccoli rabe & whipped potatoes - $55

Chilean Sea Bass - pan roasted with a white wine lemon sauce over vegetable risotto - $48

Salmon - pan roasted with aritchoke hearts, Roma tomatoes & peas & garlic mash potatoes - $45
