Il Michelangelo: Spaghetti al Brucio
Spaghetti al Brucio
1 lb Spaghetti
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Rosemary Leafs
2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 Qt. Fresh Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Shaved Parmigiano Cheese
Salt

Brown Garlic Cloves In A Sautee Pan With Extra Virgin Olive Oil Remove Oil And Add The Tomato Sauce The Rosemary Leafs And The Crushed Red Pepper.

Bring A Pot Of Water To A Boil, Add The Salt. And Spaghetti.
Cook Them For Approx. 8 Minutes. Drain Spaghetti And Pour Them In The Pan With The Sauce.
Work The Spaghetti In The Sauce For 2-3 Minutes.

Place The Spaghetti And Top Them With Shave Parmigiano Cheese.
