Please note that due to the new configuration of The Lounge, we ask that you “walk through” the room with Lisa or Jim before booking so that we can show you how the room could be configured for your event. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but please note that there are limited dates and times that we can book this room for privacy, being that The Lounge is a bar and is open to the public.

The Prices listed above are for food only – liquor packages are additional. Please ask about our bar arrangements page.

All private functions are booked on time frames, as other functions are planned around your event. There will be a privacy charge for all private rooms. The privacy room charge will be increased by $25.00 for each additional half hour that the event has been scheduled over the time frame for your package.

DEPOSIT A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your private dining room. This deposit is applicable to the final bill the day of your event. We require 4 week’s notice in the event of cancellation of a private party. If notice of cancellation is given inside of the four weeks, your deposit becomes non-refundable. The deposit will be accepted via credit card, cash or check. Deposits for private parties during the month of December are non-refundable.

GUARANTEED NUMBERS - We staff and prepare food for the number of guests that you have guaranteed. Please try to be as accurate as possible so that we may have the room ready for your guests when they arrive. Should the number of guests attending the party fall short of your guarantee number, you will be billed for 100% of the guaranteed number. Should your guarantee number fall short of the minimum number of people required for the Private Room, you will be charged for the minimum number of people.

Menu Information – We require your menu selection two weeks prior to your function and your guaranteed number of guests no later than 7 days prior to your function. All pricing is subject to change.
