Named for a fish roe used in Italian cooking, Bottagra brings a modern-Mediterranean flare to traditional Italian food. Chef-Owners Carlo Carbonaro and Robert Vicari have fused their extensive restaurant experience together, offering a variety of dishes that hail both the northern and southern regions of Italy. The walls at Bottagra are covered in mosaic tiles and draped in deep bronzes, golds and chocolate colors, lending an upscale feel to this new, chic spot. Bottagra's menu features fresh and flavorful menu items, as well as an extensive wine list, all served in the main dining area as well as a private wine room where diners can sit next to the fireplace, enjoying a nice, Italian red. For those looking for a cocktail, Bottagra's full bar can accommodate with fresh-juice cocktails and a martini list. If your looking to sit back and relax with "Bubbles and jazz," come join us Thursday nights with Champagne specials and local jazz performers.
