Since 1992 Esty Street has been a stable in the Bergen County dining scene but it wasn't until it's recent purchase in the late fall of 2008 by owners Kim Costagliola and Interior Designer Philip LaBossiere that Esty Street has achieved it's full potential in the fine dining world. Philip transformed the drab outdated interior into a swank private club like dining room heartening back to the high times and good vibes of a 1940s supper club. The menu is Eclectic American, under the direction of Executive Chef Adam Weiss. The dining room is managed by owner/host Kim Costagliola along with his veteran service team. The restaurant is considered casual with a sophisticated menu and an award winning wine list offering more than twenty wines by the glass.
Esty Street is proud to support the food relief program of Table to Table, which is one of the most successful non-profit food sponsor programs in Northern New Jersey. Esty Street has participated in their fund raising efforts for well over ten years, being featured at the Chef's Gala every Spring. Esty Street Chefs have prepared a myriad of courses for this prestigious event serving their honorees; Andre Soltner, Eric Rippert, Hans Egg, Drew Nieporent, Kevin Kohler, Peter Kelly, David Burke, Todd English and the list goes on. Esty Street was instrumental in the creation of A Fall Night of Fine Wines and Glorious Foods fund raiser held every year at the Indian Trail Club benefiting the West Bergen Mental Health Center. And most recently Esty Street has become a supporter of St. Joseph's Children's Hospital "Cooking For Kids".
