The Mojave Grille features Contemporary Southwestern cuisine under the direction of Chef Gregory Faruggio. The lively menu with its piquant combinations of spices and chile-based sauces provides for a pleasant change of cuisine not extensively found in New Jersey. A New Mexican ambiance is created with sand-colored walls, surreal paintings, colorful desert murals, and soft candle light. A delicious corn bread made from yellow corn and jalapeno peppers placed on your table when you are seated sets the mood for the delightful, zesty dinner to follow.
