In 1978 John Scannicchio opened his modest family-style restaurant just steps off the boardwalk one month before casino gambling was launched in Atlantic City.The menu was created from treasured family recipies with classic Antipasto, Stuffed Artichoke, Fried Calamari, Clam Casino. Homemade pastas-Lasagna, Manicotti, Gnocci. Veal Cutlets prepared a dozen different ways. Signature dishes Stuffed Calamari,Soft Shell Crabs flown in daily from Louisiana (when not in season), Brocoli-rabi with sausage, and Tripe. 3 Fresh Fish specials nitely along with Prime double cut Pork, Veal and Lamb Chops with numerous available preperations. Deserts Cannoli,Ricotta Cheese Cake.
