Lightly marinated, pan seared and
finished with a mint rosemary demi glaze.
Herb Crusted Salmon
Served over mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach
finished with a lobster cream sauce.
*Sautéed Breast of Chicken
With pine nuts, sweet Italian sausage, fresh herbs and garlic.
Roasted and sliced with sweet roasted peppers and
finished with a white wine and fresh basil sauce.
Honey Glazed Pork Chop
Frenched chop served with mashed potatoes
and vegetable dujour with a rum raisin sauce.
*Tournedos of Filet Mignon
Petite cuts grilled to perfection,
finished in a sweet Madera wine and Truffle demi glaze.
Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp Fradiavalo
Served over Capelin pasta, sautéed with fresh Roma plum tomatoes,
basil and garlic, finished in a spicy tomato sauce.
