Hors D'oeuvres (optional)
(Host may pre-select hors d'oeuvres to be served in our new Sunset Lounge or at your table.)

Seasoned grilled beef served chilled and sliced, horseradish sauce served with crostinis. ($2.95 PP additional)
Julianne vegetable medley with an herbed sour cream dip ($2.50 PP additional)
Domestic cheese and cracker tray with fruit garnish ($2.75 PP additional)
House selected mixed hot butlered hors d'oeuvres ($7.75 PP additional)

First Course (optional)

Jersey sea scallops and dates wrapped in bacon, sweet Asian drizzle. ($8.45 PP additional)
Stuffed mushrooms with own crab imperial ~ ($7.45 PP additional)
Cup of our famous crab bisque ~ ($5.45 PP additional)

Second Course
(Host to select one item to be offered)

 Garden salad with our house dressing.
Caesar salad with Parmesan crisp.
Tomato basil soup

Entrees
(Host to pre-select up to three entrée choices to be offered when an exact entrée count is provided 72 hours prior.*)

Coconut crusted fillet of tilapia ~ served with a tropical fruit salsa.
Atlantic salmon ~ walnut encrusted and baked, basil butter drizzle, lemon vinaigrette.
Chicken Francaise ~ boneless breast of chicken in a light egg batter, white wine butter sauce.
Sugar Hill crab cakes ~ jumbo lump crab cakes, pan seared, served with the Inn’s tartar sauce. 
Chicken Christina ~ boneless breast of chicken stuffed with herbal cheese, wrapped in puff pastry.
Grilled tavern steak ~coffee marinated and grilled shoulder tender steak, served with a red eye gravy.
Veal Parmesan ~ panko breaded and fried, mozzarella & Parmesan cheeses, basil marinara, pasta side.
Crab and linguini ~ jumbo lump crabmeat simmered in a fresh basil marinara served over linguini.
All entrees are served with the chef’s choice of appropriate starch and
 vegetable & the Inn’s bread basket.

Premium entrée selections
Filet Mignon ~ two flame-grilled 4 ounce Certified Angus Beef filets, balsamic onion confit, red wine demi. ($4)
Emerald Scallops ~ seared scallops, sun dried tomatoes, basil, sherry cream sauce over wilted spinach.  ($4)
Petit surf & turf ~ a 4 oz. filet and a 4 oz. lobster tail served with drawn butter.  ($7)
Desserts
(Host to pre-select one dessert to be served to all guests)
Vanilla mousse, strawberry sauce ~ Bread pudding, Foster’s sauce ~ Seasonal crisp, whipped cream
