Fantastic Friday's Menu

Dear Friends of Anthony's,
While I'm sitting here in the kitchen due to the fact that Chef John is on vacation this week I came up with this idea suspecting that you've packed away your pots and pans for your migration to south for the final days of summer. Anthony's will be offering a 3 course menu every friday, that not only excites your palate
but keeps most of your benjamins in your wallet.

All 3 courses can be enjoyed by your family for $30 per guest from 5-7 pm.

Escarole
Crab Bisque (additional $3)
Mussels
fresh herbs, roasted garlic, vino blanco
Misto Salad
Honey goat cheese, asparagus, roasted peppers,
Field greens, citrus vinaigrette
Risotto
Grilled vegetable medley shaved asiago cheese
Rocket Salad
Arugula, vine tomatoes, kalamata olives
Lemon vinaigrette
Pan Seared Scallops
Fresh spinach, tomatoes, olive oil, aged Balsamic

Chicken Saltimbocca
Fresh mozzarella, Specht,
Marsala demi glace, over risotto
Roasted Organic Salmon
Tomatoes, olives, capers, basil, olive oil
Over haricot verts
Grilled Flat Iron Steak
Caramelized onions, Port wine reduction
Fingerling potatoes
Roasted Pepper & Asparagus Ravioli
Spinach, sun-drieds, sherry cream sauce
Shrimp Saute
Artichokes, peppers, roasted garlic sauce
Tossed with homemade pasta
Grilled Pork Chop
Wild mushroom mix demi glace, Yukon mashed
Pan-Seared Rare Tuna
Over grilled vegetables with a balsamic, maple glaze
